This site contains information intended for the use of Faculty, Staff and Students of the Faculty of Dentistry.
If you require assistance with your workstation, laptop or a clinic computer system please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line try to be as specific as you can about the problem you are having, and whether you are using a MAC or a PC - if the problem involves an imminent class presentation or other crucial project please indicate this. Computer Services will respond to your email within 24 hours, however, non-urgent requests may take a couple of weeks to resolve.
When you send a request to email@example.com you will receive a ticket confirming that your request has been received. You must use this ticket to make updates to your request or to inquire about the status of your request.
For computer emergencies (i.e. interruptions to a class or presentation) please page Craig Sheppard at 494-7148-0, or Peter Gnemmi at 494-2643-0. Paging should only be used if a class or exam is in jeopardy. Otherwise the request will be processed on a first come first served basis.
