New Electronic Patient Information System: an Update
We want to update all faculty members on our progress and plans towards implementing our new electronic patient information system and ask for your continued support and dedication to this project.
Even though we have been using parts of the axiUm system since 1998/99, it was not possible to imagine moving to an all electronic, patient record system without a computer in every cubicle.
Now with the student laptop program reaching the third year class and fourth year in 2009/10, and many faculty and staff working on this project, an electronic record is possible.
