The Faculty of Dentistry’s Alumni Lecture Series continued from November 23-25, as Dean Thomas Boran (DDS’78) travelled to New Brunswick to host Continuing Dental Education receptions for Dentistry and Dental Hygiene alumni in New Brunswick.
In Saint John, Dr. Kevin MacDonald (DDS’02) spoke on Connective Tissue Grafts for Root Coverage and Ridge Augementation; Dr. Robert Hatheway (DDS’93) delivered a lecture on Invisible Orthodontics in Fredericton, while Dr. Gorman Doyle (DDS’80) gave an update on Implant Technology Education in Moncton.

Dr. Boran was joined on the road by Development Officer Jen Laurette and Alumni Officer Jon Bruhm, as well as representatives from the University’s Alumni Affairs team, who hosted general Dalhousie Alumni receptions following the lectures.
Dr. Boran, Ms. Laurette and Mr. Bruhm will travel to Toronto and Ottawa on December 1 & 2 respectively, to host a 50th Anniversary luncheon for the Class of 1960, as well as to attend the University's Holiday Alumni Reception.
