The Faculty of Dentistry wrapped up its fall travel schedule with a trio of alumni events in Ontario. Drs. Yosh Kamachi, Gerald Turner and Mitchell Levine celebrate their 50th Anniversary as Faculty of Dentistry Alumni The following evening, University President and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Tom Traves hosted the annual Holiday Alumni Reception in Ottawa Dr. Boran (second from left), joined by Maria Tigner (DipDH'92), Janet Munn (DipDH'93, BDH'10), John Miner (DDS'66) and Jen Laurette in Ottawa The Faculty of Dentistry is planning upcoming events in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Halifax. On Wednesday, December 1 st, Dentistry Dean Dr. Thomas Boran (DDS'78) hosted a luncheon to honour of the DDS Class of 1960, which commemorated its 50th Anniversary this year. Later that evening, the luncheon attendees attended the University's Holiday Alumni Reception at the Sheraton, and were joined by more than 300 Dalhousie alumni and friends. Many thanks to Dr. Mitchell Levine (DDS'60) for spearheading the reunion!
