On Thursday, September 29, the Faculty of Dentistry returned to Prince Edward Island to host an Alumni Lecture Series event in Charlottetown.
Dr. Gorman Doyle (DDS’80) presented a complimentary Continuing Education lecture on Implant Technology Education, and was joined by Dean Thomas Boran (DDS’78), Alumni Officer Jon Bruhm and Development Officer Lisa Weatherhead. Following the lecture, the attendees joined the Dalhousie Alumni Reception next door, where Dr. Boran delivered greetings on behalf of the University.
The next alumni events on the Faculty schedule include a reception in Salt Lake City (Oct 3), a Family Photo for faculty, staff, students and alumni (Oct 12), the Classes of 1956 & 1961 Reunion (Oct 20) and our second annual Pumpkin Carving Contest (Oct 21).
