Broken and cancelled appointments jeopardize patient care and interfere with student progress. Patients are expected to give at least 24-hour notice if they cannot keep an appointment. To cancel an appointment, call your assigned student at (902) 494-1000 + Student extension. If no student is assigned to you, please call (902) 494-2101.
Individuals who cancel or fail more than 2 appointments may be dismissed from the dental school. Patients being dismissed will be notified in writing.
There is a $12.00 penalty fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
