Dalhousie undergraduate application form (available on line at www.registrar.dal.ca) indicating “Bachelor of Dental Hygiene” and the application fee ($70.00CDN) must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar by March 15.
Applicants must submit official transcripts of all post-secondary education, and proof of licensure or eligibility for licensure in Nova Scotia. The names of three professional references must be provided (practice or educational). Applicants whose first language is not English must provide evidence of completion of an English language proficiency test according to Dalhousie entrance requirements (see University calendar or website for acceptable tests and scores). The Admissions Committee may require competitive applicants to attend an interview or complete a candidate’s questionnaire, which will be scored and used by the Admissions Committee in selection of applicants.
Applicants will be notified of the decision of the Admissions Committee by mid-June, and will be required to confirm their intent to register by submitting a non-refundable tuition deposit/registration fee of $200.00 which is credited toward the tuition.
