Application must be completed prior to August 31of the year preceding commencement of the program. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all documentation has been received by the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Sciences by the August 31st deadline and should include a letter from the Dean stating the applicant class standing during all four years of the program.
